Relationships are intense, but can be helped

Our relationships are so important in our experience of life. Sometimes we all need a little help communicating, connecting, and forgiving. Relational therapy is more than just saying what you think or feel, it allows you to connect in a more authentic way. LGBTQ+ affirming.


Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

EMDR is a therapeutic approach that has been researched, tested, and proven to be an effective modality for trauma recovery. It is standardized and uses different pieces of other approaches. It allows your brain and body to make different connections and work to heal.

Yes, this is like individual therapy and all the same previous statements apply. However, it is important for you to know that I work to create a safe and disarming space for you to open up.
