Individual therapy is a one-on-one space to unpack all the stress, overthinking, and hurt to figure out what is next. Trauma, anxiety, grief, or just feeling "stuck", individual therapy can help you make sense of your realityand move forward. It's about finding clarity and support to move forward.

RELATIONSHIP THERAPY

Relationships are hard

They can bring out the best and worst in us. AND they are typically the most important thing in our lives. It is about hitting pause on the day to day, getting honest, and focusing on communication. Whether you are dealing with trust issues, feeeling disconnected, or stuck in the same bickering pattersn -- there is a space to rebuild. No blame, no sides, just a safe place to work on y'all.

EMDR

Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

EMDR is an evidenced based therapeutic approach that helps your brain process and heal from trauma and/or distressing experiences. 

Through bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps your brain reprocess those memories and feelings. It reduces the emotional charge and impact. It doesn't erase the past -- it helps you move forward without it weighing you down. 

ADOLESCENTS

Being a teen is tough -- school, friends, family, life? Oh, and your brain isn't fully developed? Cool. This is a space where teens can work through life's challenges with support, understanding, and a lack of judgement. 

Dealing with anxiety, depression, social issues, or big life changes -- therapy can help teens process their feelings, build confidence, and develop resources to handle the chaos that is adolescence.
